Hyslop Hardware was established way back in 1962.

Almost 60 years later we are continuing to serve the local community, tradespeople and visitors to the town. We are located in the heart of the thriving Dumfriesshire market town of Moffat. You will find us right in the centre of the High Street adjacent to the World Famous Star Hotel (The narrowest detached Hotel in the World).

Our little shop is crammed from floor to ceiling with over 7500 different and interesting items. From a penny washer to a 43″ Smart TV.

In addition to being a Dulux Tinting Centre, we stock a vast range of products including DIY, Tools, Kitchen & Bakeware, Electrical, Giftware, Cleaning Products and Fireplace accessories.

We pride ourselves in providing a consistent, efficient and competitive service
to all our customers. Impartial advice is readily and freely given.

If we do not have the product you want in stock, we can source pretty much any item for you, at the right price, within a few days. There will be no additional delivery charges and we happily deliver bulkier or heavy items free locally.
